The impact of early childhood programmes on children and their families.
This includes interest in development of:
– appropriate child measurement
techniques for children from birth to age eight;
– evaluation of programme models to assess their impact; and
– assessment of the ways in which different variables contribute to children’s
development.

The Consultative Group on Early Childhood Care and Development is a networking
