Defence for Children International UN Rules for Protection of Juveniles RECREATION
The Rules emphasise the positive effects of constructive leisure and recreation. Facilities in which juveniles are deprived of their liberty should ensure that suitable time is allocated for daily exercise in the open air, whenever weather permits. In addition time should be allocated for daily leisure activities.
