Updated December 27, 2000.
Created to support professionals, scholars and students interested in exploring the etiology of child abuse and strategies for prevention. This index and directory of links was first developed under the Strong Families, Strong Soldiers Project at Cornell Cooperative Extension and The Family Life Development Center. It was later revised for presentation at the National Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect, September 1996, updated for the NCPCA-NYS Prevention Conference, May 15-16, 1997, and then further revised as a part of supporting the United States Marine Corps Family Advocacy Programs, June 1997, and frequently since then. The latest revisions are being implemented in conjunction with Child Abuse Prevention Month, April 2000. We offer a special link on evaluation, as well — since no prevention effort can do without it!

This page is operated in support of the U.S. Army’s Family Advocacy Programs.

Notice: Links on the Web can go out of date without notice. We try to keep up with changes. Help us catch any “Missing Links.” Do you know a good link we don’t have? Help us in “Building Links.”
